Abstract

The safety management of water treatment operation projects is a crucial aspect of ensuring the stable operation of water supply systems. As a scientific management method, the PDCA cycle has significant applications in the safety management of water treatment operation projects. This review paper aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the application of the PDCA cycle in water treatment operation projects, analyzing its advantages and effects. Through field research and case analysis, this study summarizes the implementation strategies and key points of the PDCA cycle in the safety management of water treatment operation projects. The findings of this study provide valuable references for further research and practical applications in this field. In conclusion, the PDCA cycle has extensive applications in the safety management of water treatment operation projects.
