Abstract

For rural areas, education revitalisation is an important fundamental work to promote the full realization of the rural revitalisation strategy, and the construction of a modern and powerful country cannot be separated from the steady improvement of the quality of education work. Rural education is the weakest link in China's education, only from the modernisation of education to borrow strength, can really get a new life. Rural teachers and school teachers as education implementers, not only is the key to achieving the revitalisation of rural education but also an important force in training socialist successors. With the development of science and technology, education modernisation is steadily advancing, and the problems of rural school teachers in terms of professional theory, professional knowledge, and professional teaching ability are highlighted. On the basis of combing and analysing relevant literature and policy documents, this paper is based on analysing the development dilemma of rural teachers in the context of education modernization and exploring the development strategy of modern literacy training for rural teachers, in the expectation that it can provide some ideas and suggestions for the construction of modernized teaching force.
