Abstract

In recent years, with the increasing global attention to climate change and environmental protection, promoting the development of a green low-carbon economy has become the consensus and direction of efforts of all countries. However, how to establish evaluation indicators from the perspective of economics to evaluate the low-carbon economy has become one of the focuses of green economy research. The evaluation indicators can fully reflect the core characteristics of a low-carbon economy, such as reducing greenhouse gas emissions, improving energy efficiency, promoting clean energy development, etc. Therefore, evaluating a low-carbon economy can provide important support for promoting the development of a low-carbon economy. This paper studies the economic logic of statistical evaluation of the low-carbon economy, analyzes the economic logic basis and connotation of statistical evaluation of the low-carbon economy, puts forward the logic and strategy of the construction of low-carbon statistical evaluation system, and emphasizes the core path of the construction of low-carbon statistical evaluation system, so as to promote the continuous improvement of the construction of Low-carbon economy statistical evaluation system.
