Research on Incentive Mechanisms for Employees in Private Enterprises Based on Psychological Contracts

Talents are the core competitiveness of enterprises, and constructing effective employee incentive mechanisms is crucial for their success. H Enterprises, as a successful private enterprise in China, has implemented certain practices that have yielded positive results, providing valuable insights for similar enterprises in terms of geographical and cultural contexts. Based on the psychological contract and related incentive theories, this study analyzes the issues and causes of incentive mechanisms for employees in private enterprises at the four stages of psychological contract formation. From the perspective of maintaining a stable psychological contract between the enterprise and employees, this paper proposes incentive strategies in employee recruitment, training and development, performance evaluation, compensation management, and organizational culture innovation. The findings provide important practical implications for optimizing employee incentive mechanisms in private enterprises.
