This study examines the challenges faced by business education in the 21st century, particularly the limitations of traditional educational models in fostering critical thinking. It explores the application of Generative AI to enhance critical thinking among business students. By leveraging its powerful capabilities in data generation, pattern recognition, and content creation, Generative AI offers opportunities for transformative change in business education. The research constructs a practical teaching model from the perspective of empowering integrated teaching, learning, and assessment throughout pre-class, in-class, and post-class stages. Before class, Generative AI assists teachers in designing more inspiring and challenging teaching content; during class, it facilitates efficient interactive learning through a ternary structure of "teacher-AI-student"; after class, it is utilized for interdisciplinary innovative thinking assessment to comprehensively evaluate students' abilities. These practical cases and effectiveness evaluations not only demonstrate the validity of Generative AI in cultivating critical thinking among business students but also significantly enhance their abilities in critical analysis, evaluation, and synthesis of information.
