This article aims at “the analysis of the contribution of a Non-Profit Organization to the process of socio-economic development of young people: the case of the Association for the Fight against Delinquency and Poverty” (ALDP). This article aims to analyze the contribution of the ALDP to the socio-economic development of young people in general and in particular to analyze the difficulties of supervising the ALDP in the socio-economic development of young people, analyze the impact of ALDP supervision on the socio-economic development of young people and propose ways and means to contribute to the quality of socio-professional supervision of young people within ALDP in Kinama. After collecting, interpreting, and analyzing the data, the results showed that the ALDP contributes to the socio-economic development of young people in its area of intervention. Indeed, through job training for young people, the activities offered to young people and the actions carried out by the ALDP in the Kinama zone contribute favorably to improving the socio-economic life of young people. However, the study revealed a list of problems and challenges to which we proposed development strategies or approaches to circumvent them.
