In China, the incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer are gradually rising, and it has jumped to third place in the incidence of malignant tumors and second place in mortality. With the rapid development of medical technology, the survival rate of patients with colorectal cancer has been significantly improved. At present, the five-year survival rate of patients with colorectal cancer in China has reached 56.9%. However, the discomfort brought by colorectal cancer itself and the side effects brought by its treatment have a great impact on the psychological and physical health of colorectal cancer survivors, thus reducing their quality of life. Physical activity, a non-drug treatment, plays an indispensable role in improving the quality of life of survivors of colorectal cancer. Research data show that regular physical activity can not only improve the quality of life but also prolong the survival period and accelerate the rehabilitation process. In this paper, the research on the physical activity of patients with colorectal cancer was reviewed by consulting relevant literature at home and abroad.
