Study on the Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Neonatal Jaundice Nursing

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the impact of comprehensive nursing on children with neonatal jaundice. Methods: Randomly group the patients, the control group received routine care, and the observation group received comprehensive care, and the nursing effects were analyzed. Results: After intervention, the nursing effect of children with neonatal jaundice in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The clinical indicators of the children in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of the families of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and there was a significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: After comprehensive nursing effect, it can shorten the time for patients' jaundice to subside, lower the serum bilirubin level, and help children with neonatal jaundice recover and be discharged from the hospital as soon as possible. It has good clinical promotion.
