The Rural Revitalization Strategy is a comprehensive approach for addressing the "three rural issues" (agriculture, rural areas, and farmers) in the new era, and talent revitalization is the key to rural revitalization. As a high-quality talent pool, college students' employment in grassroots areas not only broadens their career development space but also injects strong momentum into rural revitalization. This paper, under the background of the Rural Revitalization Strategy, combines the current mission and requirements of higher education talent cultivation, analyzes the concepts of rural revitalization and college students’ employment guidance, explores the coupling effect between them, and aims to construct a "three-level two-path" employment guidance curriculum system for college students. The system aims to guide graduates in establishing the correct employment concepts, inspire enthusiasm for "serving rural areas", enhance the sense of responsibility for rural development, improve the grassroots employment system for college students, and promote a positive interaction between rural revitalization and talent development, thus comprehensively advancing talent revitalization and contributing to rural revitalization.
