Abstract

Objective: To explore the surgical experience of laparoscopic high ligation for varicocele, and simultaneously to analyze the postoperative efficacy and application value of patients with varicocele. Methods: Reviewing patients with varicocele, the experimental group performed laparoscopic high cord vein ligation, and the control group performed retroperitoneal high ligation. The two groups analyzed and compared the reduction of scrotal drop pain, the disappearance of varicocele vein, and the improvement of semen quality. Results: Compared with the control group, the experimental group had falling pain, the time of the spinal vein in the scrotum slowed down or disappeared, and the semen routine was remarkably improved. The efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Laparoscopic high ligation of varicocele for varicocele has demonstrated significant efficacy and safety in the treatment of varicocele, making it an excellent first-choice option for surgical intervention. As a result, this approach is worthy of clinical promotion.
