Abstract

In the 21st century, marked by the deep integration of globalization and digitalization, Generation Z college students face triple challenges: fragmented cognition, cultural identity crises, and technological alienation. This study takes general education curriculum reform as its entry point, integrating growth narratives from Chinese and Western literary classics to construct a three-dimensional cultivation system of “cultural decoding-intelligent collaboration-value symbiosis.” By comparing classic texts such as To Live and The Catcher in the Rye with modern films like The Truman Show and Ne Zha 2, a narrative framework of “confusion-struggle-epiphany” is formed to explore the collaborative cultivation mechanism of humanistic literacy and critical thinking empowered by artificial intelligence. Course practices demonstrate that this model enables students to enhance cross-cultural understanding and reconstruct their values, providing innovative solutions to address educational crises in the technological era.
