Abstract

Objective: To study the improvement of symptoms and tyrosinase levels in patients with vitiligo treated with Tongqiao Xuehuo Decoction combined with fractional CO2 laser and tacrolimus ointment. Methods: A total of 104 patients with vitiligo treated from January 2018 to December 2023 were selected. Using a randomized numerical table method, the patients were divided into 2 groups, each with 52 cases. The control group was treated with a fractional CO2 laser and tacrolimus ointment, and the observation group was treated with Tongqiao Xuehuo Decoction combined with a fractional CO2 laser and tacrolimus ointment. The clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was counted, and the changes in the lesion area, lesion color score, and serum tyrosinase level before and after treatment were compared. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (84.62%) was higher than that in the control group (67.31%) (P < 0.05); after treatment for 3 and 6 months, the lesion color score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the lesion area was smaller than that in the control group (P < 0.05); after treatment for 6 months, the serum tyrosinase level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of vitiligo with Tongqiao Xuehuo Decoction combined with fractional CO2 laser and tacrolimus ointment can increase the level of serum tyrosinase, promote the improvement of symptoms in patients, and improve the clinical treatment effect.
