Abstract

Grassroots police officers in public security operate in high-stress work environments, and their mental health is crucial for the force’s operational effectiveness and social stability. Currently, the traditional paper-based psychological testing model faces three major challenges: data distortion, delayed assistance, and imperfect mechanisms. This study aims to construct a digital psychological assessment and rescue system using a WeChat-based platform as the carrier. By introducing professional test banks, establishing intelligent early warning mechanisms, integrating internal and external expert resources, and building robust data security defenses, it seeks to achieve closed-loop management of the entire chain from “assessment - early warning - consultation - rescue”. The innovation of this pathway lies in the deep integration of technology, data, and mechanisms, providing an operable solution to overcome the “last-mile” challenge in psychological services for police officers. It holds significant theoretical and practical importance for enhancing the mental health management level of the public security force.
