Abstract

Intangible cultural heritage is a living cultural gene, which endows tourism experiences with rich connotations and special appeal due to its historical, artistic, and social value. China attaches great importance to the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, and the continuous promotion of the integration strategy of culture and tourism has provided a broad stage for the creative transformation and innovative development of intangible cultural heritage resources. Hainan is the largest economic special zone and free trade port in China, with unique natural ecological resources and rich and diverse ethnic cultures. Among them, Li ethnic dance, like Li brocade, pottery making, and other techniques, is an important living carrier that carries their historical memory, beliefs, and community emotions. Based on this, this article first elaborates on the key issues facing the optimization of Hainan Li ethnic intangible cultural heritage tourism experience, and then proposes several strategies for optimizing Hainan Li ethnic intangible cultural heritage tourism experience for reference.
