To address the persistent challenge of aesthetic homogenization and loss of creative autonomy in AI-driven visual communication design, this study introduces a novel human-centered intelligence framework independently developed by the author and implemented through the Pixel Pack AI system. Unlike prevailing automated design tools that prioritize algorithmic autonomy, Pixel Pack AI estabishes a human-guided design paradigm that structurally embeds human cognition and decision-making, making authority and interactive feedback into the core of the AI execution process. This research proposes an original three-layer architecture, comprising a cognitive layer, interaction layer, and system layer that fundamentally redefines the role of artificial intelligence from an autonomous generator to a collaborative design partner. Through this framework, Pixel Pack AI enables scalable visual content creation while preserving human creative control, aesthetic judgment, and brand consistency. The study demonstrates that this approach not only improves design efficiency and user experience but also provides a replicable and scalable paradigm of major significance for the future development of intelligent visual communication systems across professional and non-professional design contexts.
