Against the backdrop of the deep integration of digital technology and education, artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a novel technical pathway and developmental opportunity for resolving the practical dilemmas in adolescents’ mental health education and promoting the transformation and upgrading of educational models. Focusing on carrying out the deep integration work of artificial intelligence and adolescent mental health. In the context of modern education, this paper carries out a systematic interpretation of the core connotation of AI empowering the growth of teenagers’ mental health education. Subsequently, the article carried out an analysis of its internal value logic from three cognitive dimensions, Abilities, emotions, and put forward future development paths from the perspective of scenarios. Carry out adaptation work, engage in subject cooperation, and deal with risk prevention and control work. This is not merely a simple supplementation but rather a systematic reform. This reform is supported by the essence of education and is promoted by means of [relevant methods]. Optimization work of the educational process driven by technical rationality and intelligent services. This transformation has carried out the work of achieving the transition from tool assistance to ecological restructuring, from carrying out passive acceptance to carrying out active construction, from conducting single supply to performing multi-agent supply collaboration. In the future, we should carry out work to adhere to the basic principle, that is, to prioritize the development of education, technology-enabled empowerment, and risk controllability. Carry out the construction of a full-process, three-dimensional, and sustainable intelligent mental health system. The education system should carry out the work of providing solid support for the healthy growth of adolescents.
