Abstract

This study constructs and applies an artificial intelligence-assisted piano teaching evaluation system to address the problems of strong subjectivity and missing process data in traditional piano teaching evaluation. Firstly, the evaluation objectives and principles of scientific, procedural, and developmental collaboration between technical training and artistic literacy were established; Designed three progressive indicators for the basic layer, advanced layer, and extended layer, and intelligently screened them through machine learning methods; A hybrid evaluation model based on multimodal data fusion was proposed, which dynamically integrates audio, video, and teacher annotation information using attention mechanism. At the practical level, a modular evaluation system has been developed, forming an implementation path and data collection strategy covering the entire process before, during, and after class, and establishing a closed-loop feedback optimization mechanism. The application effect shows that this system can effectively compensate for the shortcomings of traditional evaluation and achieve an organic combination of precise quantification and qualitative judgment.
